Natural flavoured extra virgin olive oil

You are here

They are fun, they stimulate fantasy, they invite to experiment with new flavours. But above all they are good. Because our flavoured oils are produced using only mono varietal extra virgin olive oil from Ogliarola di Lecce, enriched with natural essential oils extracted using a cold steam distiller from spices or by juice extractor from fruit. This is an ancient extraction technique where we can obtain a high quality product where the noble and aromatised parts of the food are preserved.

Our Flavoured are perfect to season pasta, fish, meat, cheese, salads, risotto. To create and produce them we worked side by side with food technicians and friends and we will never be tired to say thanks to them.
